The city of Marina, the lead agency on the project, says that on Wednesday or Thursday, Abrams Drive on the north side of the parkway will be closed from 8 a.m.-4 p.m., and that the right turn lane on northbound Reservation Road at Imjin Parkway will be closed on Thursday from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
