In its most recent update, the city said temperatures have been too cold and damp at night so it is shifting operations to the day shift. The city of Marina is currently anticipating permanent striping operations mid-December and is working to shift schedules and crews so that it can open the full roadway section as soon as possible. The city says it appreciates the community's patience.
