At the time of reporting, Marina residents still had power according to the outage map.

In Monterey County, 17,281 customers were affected by the power outage, with 122 outages reported on the map.

In Santa Cruz County, power was off for 14,187 customers, across 123 outages.

The estimated restoration time for both counties is still to be determined, according to their website.

“Crews are currently responding to emergencies due to storm damage. Once the extreme weather has passed, crews will begin repairs,” their website says. “We will provide you with an update as soon as we know more.”

PG&E also said its crew found a damaged power pole, and will make repairs.
