Aura Luisa Alcocer, 96, a Seaside resident of over forty years, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2025, at her home in St. George, Utah.

Aura was born on April 1, 1929, in Caracas, Venezuela. She lived a long, full life defined by devotion to her family and an enduring sense of adventure.

Aura held herself to the highest possible standard in all her endeavors, whether looking after her home, her garden, or her family. She was known and loved by many as a devoted mother, a loyal friend, and an enthusiastic supporter of the Los Angeles Dodgers.

She is survived by her daughter, Rachel; her three sons, Roy, Richard, and David; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Aura was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ralph, and her son, Robert.

Aura will be remembered for her independence, her energy, and the warmth she brought to every gathering. Her legacy lives on through the many generations of family who loved her and will carry her memory forward.
