Christian Babcock is a sports reporter for Bay Area News Group. A native of Campbell, he attended Westmont High School and graduated with a sports journalism degree from Arizona State's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication in 2021. He winterized himself by starting his professional career in Bemidji, Minnesota, primarily covering football and hockey, before returning home to Silicon Valley. He is always looking for new beaches to explore on the California coast and a new Mexican restaurant to check out.
